Last April 23th and 24th, the 5 partner organizations of the ETEE project gathered in Vilnius, Lithuania, to analyse the first findings of their research on the programmes available in Europe for the Enterprise Educators. According to these, they brainstormed to design the programme outline of the ETEE training.
During two days, partners from LSBU, Amery Brothers (UK), InnCrease (Poland), and INOVA+ (Portugal) were kindly hosted by Vilnius University (Lithuania) to discuss the results obtained by the research and interviews conducted on the existing programmes for Enterprise educators in Europe.
- What is out there?
- How the programmes are structured?
- What works and what doesn´t? Why?
- Which models are sustainable?
These were the main questions that guided the initial stage of our research.
The final version of the product of the project will be soon published in our website.
According to the results and on our expertise, we started thinking about the ETEE programme outline that we will develop from now. Together, we brainstormed and discussed the best format, structure, themes, duration, etc. that the “real-world entrepreneur journey” should look like to respond better our target group´s needs.
During the next few months, we will continue to design the programme, and will let you know about our proposal.
